Join us at YGK Combatives on Sunday, October 20th from 1pm to 2pm to try out Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu(BJJ) is a form of submission grappling that incorporates aspects of Japanese jiu jitsu, judo and wrestling. BJJ is a great form of exercise, an excellent way to relieve stress, and an amazing way to make friends as an adult! BJJ is an awesome community and we can't wait for you to come join us on the mats!
